2 И собрались6950 к царю4428 Соломону8010 на праздник2282 все Израильтяне3763478 в месяце3391 Афаниме,388 который есть седьмой7637 месяц.2320

3 И пришли935 все старейшины2205 Израилевы;3478 и подняли5375 священники3548 ковчег,727

4 и понесли5927 ковчег727 Господень3068 и скинию168 собрания4150 и все священные6944 вещи,3627 которые были в скинии;168 и несли5927 их священники3548 и левиты.3881

5 А царь4428 Соломон8010 и с ним все общество5712 Израилево,3478 собравшееся3259 к нему, шли пред3942 ковчегом,727 принося2076 жертвы2076 из мелкого6629 и крупного1241 скота,1241 которых невозможно исчислить5608 и определить,4487 по множеству7230 их.

20 И исполнил6965 Господь3068 слово1697 Свое, которое изрек.1696 Я вступил6965 на место отца1 моего Давида1732 и сел3427 на престоле3678 Израилевом,3478 как сказал1696 Господь,3068 и построил1129 храм1004 имени8034 Господа3068 Бога430 Израилева;3478

21 и приготовил7760 там место4725 для ковчега,727 в котором завет1285 Господа,3068 заключенный3772 Им с отцами1 нашими, когда Он вывел3318 их из земли776 Египетской.4714

45 тогда услышь8085 с неба8064 молитву8605 их и прошение8467 их и сделай,6213 что потребно4941 для них.

46 Когда они согрешат2398 пред Тобою, — ибо нет человека,120 который не грешил2398 бы, — и Ты прогневаешься599 на них и предашь5414 их врагам,341 и пленившие7617 их отведут7617 их в неприятельскую341 землю,776 далекую7350 или близкую;7138

47 и когда они в земле,776 в которой будут7617 находиться7617 в7617 плену,7617 войдут7725 в7725 себя7725 и обратятся77253820 и будут2603 молиться2603 Тебе в земле776 пленивших7617 их, говоря:559 «мы согрешили,2398 сделали5753 беззаконие,5753 мы виновны»;7561

50 и прости5545 народу5971 Твоему, в чем он согрешил2398 пред Тобою, и все проступки6588 его, которые он сделал6586 пред Тобою, и возбуди5414 сострадание7356 к ним в пленивших7617 их, чтобы они были7355 милостивы7355 к ним:

Chapter 8

1 THEN Solomon assembled all the tribes of Israel, all the heads of the tribes, and the chiefs of the fathers, to him in Jerusalem to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion.

2 And all the men of Israel assembled themselves to King Solomon at the feast in the month of the harvest, which is the seventh month.

3 And all the tribes of Israel came, and the priests took up the ark of the LORD.

4 And they brought it up to the temple of the LORD, and brought the tabernacle of the congregation and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, and the priests and the Levites of Israel went up with them.

5 And King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel that were assembled to him were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be counted or numbered for multitude.

6 And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD to its place, into the temple, to the inner house, the Holy of Holies, under the wings of the cherubim.

7 For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the holy place, and the cherubim covered the ark and its staves above.

8 And the staves were so long that the ends of them were seen from the holy place before the inner house, but they were not seen outside; and there they are to this day.

9 There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets of stone, which Moses had put there at Horeb when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel when they came out of the land of Egypt.

10 And when the priests came out of the holy place, a cloud filled the house of the LORD,

11 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of the LORD.

12 Then Solomon said, O LORD, thou hast said that thou wouldst dwell in the thick darkness.

13 And I have surely built thee a house to dwell in, a settled place for thee to abide in for ever.

14 Then the king turned his face about and blessed all the congregation of Israel; and all the congregation of Israel stood;

15 And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David my father, and has with his hands fulfilled his promise, saying,

16 Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.

17 And it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.

18 But the LORD said to David my father, Whereas it was in your heart to build a house to my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

19 Nevertheless you shall not build the house to my name; but your son who shall come forth out of your loins, he shall build the house to my name.

20 Now the LORD has performed the word that he spoke, and I have risen up in the place of David my father and sit on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built a house to the name of the LORD God of Israel.

21 And I have set there the ark of the covenant of the LORD, which he made with our fathers when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

22 And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven and prayed;

23 And he said, O LORD God of Israel, there is no one like thee in heaven above or on earth beneath, who keepeth covenant and mercy with thy servants who walk before thee in truth with all their heart and with all their soul;

24 Who hast kept with thy servant David my father what thou didst promise him; thou didst speak with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thy hand, as it is this day.

25 Therefore, now, O LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father what thou didst promise him, saying, There shall not fail you a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; if only your sons take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth as you have walked before me.

26 And now, O LORD God of Israel, let thy word be confirmed, which thou hast sworn to thy servant David my father.

27 But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have built?

28 But turn toward the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken to the supplication and to the prayer which thy servant prays before thee this day;

29 That thine eyes may be open upon this house day and night, even toward this place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there; that thou mayest hearken to the prayer which thy servant prays before thee for this place.

30 And hearken thou to the supplication of thy servant and of thy people Israel, when they pray before thee in this place; and hear thou, O our God, from thy dwelling place in heaven, and forgive.

31 If any man sins against his neighbor and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear and he comes and swears before thine altar in this house;

32 Then hear thou in heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, condemning the wicked, and bring his transgressions upon his head, and vindicating the righteous to reward him according to his innocence.

33 When thy people Israel are defeated in the battle before the enemy because they have sinned before thee, and shall turn again to thee and confess thy name and pray and make supplication to thee in this house;

34 Then hear thou in heaven and forgive the sin of thy servants and of thy people Israel, and bring them back to the land which thou gavest to their fathers.

35 When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against thee; and they shall come and pray in this place and confess thy name and turn from their sins, when thou dost afflict them;

36 Then hear thou in heaven and forgive the sins of thy servants and of thy people Israel, when thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give thy rain upon the land which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.

37 And when there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or when there are caterpillars; or when their enemy besieges them in one of their cities; whatsoever sickness, or whatsoever plague may be;

38 Whatsoever prayer and whatsoever supplication be made by any man or by all thy people Israel, who shall know every man the trouble of his own heart, and shall spread forth his hands before thee in this house;

39 Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men);

40 That they may reverence thee all the days that they live on the face of the land which thou gavest to their fathers.

41 Moreover concerning a stranger who is not of thy people Israel, but comes from a far country for thy name's sake

42 (When they shall hear of thy great name and of thy strong hand and of thy stretched out arm), when he shall come before thee and pray in this house;

43 Hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calls to thee for; that all the peoples of the earth may know thy name, to worship thee, as do thy people Israel; and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by thy name.

44 When thy people go out to battle against their enemies, by whatever way thou shalt send them, and shall pray to the LORD toward the city which thou hast chosen and toward the house that I have built for thy name;

45 Then hear thou in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.

46 When they sin against thee (for there is no man who does not sin), and thou be angry with them and deliver them to the enemy so that they carry them away captives to the land of their enemies, far or near;

47 Yet if they shall reckon it in their heart in the land to which they have been carried captives, and repent and make supplication to thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness;

48 And so return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies who carried them away captive, and pray to thee according to the religion of their own land, which thou gavest to their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen and the house which I have built for thy name;

49 Then hear thou in heaven, thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause,

50 And forgive thy people who have sinned against thee and all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed against thee, and give them compassion in the presence of those who carried them captive, that they may have compassion on them;

51 For they are thy people and thine inheritance, whom thou didst bring forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron;

52 That thine eves may be open to the supplication of thy servants and to the supplication of thy people Israel, to hearken to them in all that they call for unto thee.

53 For thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine inheritance, as thou didst speak through Moses thy servant, when thou didst bring our fathers out of Egypt, O LORD God.

54 And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished praying all this prayer and supplication unto the LORD God, he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling with his hands spread up to heaven.

55 And he stood and blessed all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying,

56 Blessed be the LORD God, who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised; there has not failed one word of all his good promises, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.

57 The LORD our God be with us, as he was with our fathers; let him not leave us nor forsake us;

58 That he may incline our heart unto him, to walk in all his ways and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

59 And let these my words wherewith I have made supplication before the LORD be near to the LORD our God day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant and the cause of his people Israel day by day;

60 That all the people of the earth may know that the LORD is God and that there is none else.

61 Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments, his covenant, his judgments, and his laws, as at this day.

62 And the king and all Israel with him offered sacrifice before the LORD.

63 And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings before the LORD, twenty-two thousand oxen and a hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the LORD.

64 The same day the king consecrated the interior of the court that was before the house of the LORD; for there he offered burnt offerings and meal offerings and the fat of the peace offerings; because the bronze altar that was before the LORD was too little to receive the burnt offerings and the meal offerings and the fat of the peace offerings.

65 And Solomon made a feast on that day, and all Israel with him, a great congregation, from the entrance of Hamath to the entrance of the river of Egypt, before the LORD our God, seven days and seven days, even fourteen days.

66 On the eighth day the people sent a delegation and blessed the king, and went to their tents joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that the LORD had done for David his servant and for Israel his people.

1 THEN Solomon assembled all the tribes of Israel, all the heads of the tribes, and the chiefs of the fathers, to him in Jerusalem to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion.

2 И собрались6950 к царю4428 Соломону8010 на праздник2282 все Израильтяне3763478 в месяце3391 Афаниме,388 который есть седьмой7637 месяц.2320

2 And all the men of Israel assembled themselves to King Solomon at the feast in the month of the harvest, which is the seventh month.

3 И пришли935 все старейшины2205 Израилевы;3478 и подняли5375 священники3548 ковчег,727

3 And all the tribes of Israel came, and the priests took up the ark of the LORD.

4 и понесли5927 ковчег727 Господень3068 и скинию168 собрания4150 и все священные6944 вещи,3627 которые были в скинии;168 и несли5927 их священники3548 и левиты.3881

4 And they brought it up to the temple of the LORD, and brought the tabernacle of the congregation and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, and the priests and the Levites of Israel went up with them.

5 А царь4428 Соломон8010 и с ним все общество5712 Израилево,3478 собравшееся3259 к нему, шли пред3942 ковчегом,727 принося2076 жертвы2076 из мелкого6629 и крупного1241 скота,1241 которых невозможно исчислить5608 и определить,4487 по множеству7230 их.

5 And King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel that were assembled to him were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be counted or numbered for multitude.

6 И внесли935 священники3548 ковчег727 завета1285 Господня3068 на место4725 его, в давир1687 храма,1004 во Святое6944-святых,6944 под крылья3671 херувимов.3742

6 And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD to its place, into the temple, to the inner house, the Holy of Holies, under the wings of the cherubim.

7 Ибо херувимы3742 простирали6566 крылья3671 над местом4725 ковчега,727 и покрывали5526 херувимы3742 сверху4605 ковчег727 и шесты905 его.

7 For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the holy place, and the cherubim covered the ark and its staves above.

8 И выдвинулись748 шесты905 так, что головки7218 шестов905 видны7200 были из святилища6944 пред59216440 давиром,1687 но не выказывались7200 наружу;2351 они там и до сего дня.3117

8 And the staves were so long that the ends of them were seen from the holy place before the inner house, but they were not seen outside; and there they are to this day.

9 В ковчеге727 ничего не было, кроме7535 двух8147 каменных68 скрижалей,3871 которые положил3240 туда Моисей4872 на Хориве,2722 когда Господь3068 заключил3772 завет с сынами1121 Израилевыми,3478 по исшествии3318 их из земли776 Египетской.4714

9 There was nothing in the ark except the two tablets of stone, which Moses had put there at Horeb when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel when they came out of the land of Egypt.

10 Когда священники3548 вышли3318 из святилища,6944 облако6051 наполнило4390 дом1004 Господень;3068

10 And when the priests came out of the holy place, a cloud filled the house of the LORD,

11 и не могли3201 священники3548 стоять5975 на служении,8334 по причине облака,6051 ибо слава3519 Господня3068 наполнила4390 храм1004 Господень.3068

11 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of the LORD.

12 Тогда сказал559 Соломон:8010 Господь3068 сказал,559 что Он благоволит обитать7931 во мгле;6205

12 Then Solomon said, O LORD, thou hast said that thou wouldst dwell in the thick darkness.

13 я построил1129 храм1004 в жилище2073 Тебе, место,4349 чтобы пребывать3427 Тебе во веки.5769

13 And I have surely built thee a house to dwell in, a settled place for thee to abide in for ever.

14 И обратился5437 царь4428 лицем6440 своим, и благословил1288 все собрание6951 Израильтян;3478 все собрание6951 Израильтян3478 стояло,5975 —

14 Then the king turned his face about and blessed all the congregation of Israel; and all the congregation of Israel stood;

15 и сказал:559 благословен1288 Господь3068 Бог430 Израилев,3478 Который сказал1696 Своими устами6310 Давиду,1732 отцу1 моему, и ныне исполнил4390 рукою3027 Своею! Он говорил:559

15 And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David my father, and has with his hands fulfilled his promise, saying,

16 «с того дня,3117 как Я вывел3318 народ5971 Мой Израиля3478 из Египта,4714 Я не избрал977 города5892 ни в одном из колен7626 Израилевых,3478 чтобы построен1129 был дом,1004 в котором пребывало бы имя8034 Мое; и избрал977 Давида,1732 чтобы быть ему над народом5971 Моим Израилем».3478

16 Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house, that my name might be therein; but I chose David to be over my people Israel.

17 У Давида,1732 отца1 моего, было на сердце3824 построить1129 храм1004 имени8034 Господа3068 Бога430 Израилева;3478

17 And it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.

18 но Господь3068 сказал559 Давиду,1732 отцу1 моему: «у тебя есть на сердце3824 построить1129 храм1004 имени8034 Моему; хорошо,2895 что это у тебя лежит на сердце;3824

18 But the LORD said to David my father, Whereas it was in your heart to build a house to my name, you did well that it was in your heart.

19 однако7535 не ты построишь1129 храм,1004 а сын1121 твой, исшедший3318 из чресл2504 твоих, он построит1129 храм1004 имени8034 Моему».

19 Nevertheless you shall not build the house to my name; but your son who shall come forth out of your loins, he shall build the house to my name.

20 И исполнил6965 Господь3068 слово1697 Свое, которое изрек.1696 Я вступил6965 на место отца1 моего Давида1732 и сел3427 на престоле3678 Израилевом,3478 как сказал1696 Господь,3068 и построил1129 храм1004 имени8034 Господа3068 Бога430 Израилева;3478

20 Now the LORD has performed the word that he spoke, and I have risen up in the place of David my father and sit on the throne of Israel, as the LORD promised, and have built a house to the name of the LORD God of Israel.

21 и приготовил7760 там место4725 для ковчега,727 в котором завет1285 Господа,3068 заключенный3772 Им с отцами1 нашими, когда Он вывел3318 их из земли776 Египетской.4714

21 And I have set there the ark of the covenant of the LORD, which he made with our fathers when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

22 И стал5975 Соломон8010 пред3942 жертвенником4196 Господним3068 впереди5048 всего собрания6951 Израильтян,3478 и воздвиг6566 руки3709 свои к небу,8064

22 And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven and prayed;

23 и сказал:559 Господи3068 Боже430 Израилев!3478 нет подобного Тебе Бога430 на небесах8064 вверху4605 и на земле776 внизу; Ты хранишь8104 завет1285 и милость2617 к рабам5650 Твоим, ходящим1980 пред3942 Тобою всем сердцем3820 своим.

23 And he said, O LORD God of Israel, there is no one like thee in heaven above or on earth beneath, who keepeth covenant and mercy with thy servants who walk before thee in truth with all their heart and with all their soul;

24 Ты исполнил8104 рабу5650 Твоему Давиду,1732 отцу1 моему, что говорил1696 ему; что изрек1696 Ты устами6310 Твоими, то в сей день3117 совершил4390 рукою3027 Твоею.

24 Who hast kept with thy servant David my father what thou didst promise him; thou didst speak with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled it with thy hand, as it is this day.

25 И ныне, Господи3068 Боже430 Израилев,3478 исполни8104 рабу5650 Твоему Давиду,1732 отцу1 моему, то, что говорил1696 Ты ему, сказав:559 «не прекратится3772 у тебя пред3942 лицем3942 Моим сидящий3427 на престоле3678 Израилевом,3478 если7535 только7535 сыновья1121 твои будут8104 держаться8104 пути1870 своего, ходя3212 предо3942 Мною так, как ты ходил1980 предо3942 Мною».

25 Therefore, now, O LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father what thou didst promise him, saying, There shall not fail you a man in my sight to sit on the throne of Israel; if only your sons take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth as you have walked before me.

26 И ныне, Боже430 Израилев,3478 да будет539 верно539 слово1697 Твое, которое Ты изрек1696 рабу5650 Твоему Давиду,1732 отцу1 моему!

26 And now, O LORD God of Israel, let thy word be confirmed, which thou hast sworn to thy servant David my father.

27 Поистине,552 Богу430 ли жить3427 на земле?776 Небо8064 и небо8064 небес8064 не вмещают3557 Тебя, тем637 менее637 сей храм,1004 который я построил.1129

27 But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have built?

28 Но призри6437 на молитву8605 раба5650 Твоего и на прошение8467 его, Господи3068 Боже430 мой; услышь8085 воззвание7440 и молитву,8605 которою раб5650 Твой умоляет6419 Тебя ныне.

28 But turn toward the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken to the supplication and to the prayer which thy servant prays before thee this day;

29 Да будут очи5869 Твои отверсты6605 на храм1004 сей день3915 и ночь,3117 на сие место,4725 о котором Ты сказал:559 «Мое имя8034 будет там»; услышь8085 молитву,8605 которою будет6419 молиться6419 раб5650 Твой на месте4725 сем.

29 That thine eyes may be open upon this house day and night, even toward this place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there; that thou mayest hearken to the prayer which thy servant prays before thee for this place.

30 Услышь8085 моление8467 раба5650 Твоего и народа5971 Твоего Израиля,3478 когда они будут6419 молиться6419 на месте4725 сем; услышь8085 на месте4725 обитания3427 Твоего, на небесах,8064 услышь8085 и помилуй.5545

30 And hearken thou to the supplication of thy servant and of thy people Israel, when they pray before thee in this place; and hear thou, O our God, from thy dwelling place in heaven, and forgive.

31 Когда кто376 согрешит2398 против ближнего7453 своего, и потребует5375 от него клятвы,423 чтобы он поклялся,422 и для клятвы423 придут935 пред3942 жертвенник4196 Твой в храм1004 сей,

31 If any man sins against his neighbor and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear and he comes and swears before thine altar in this house;

32 тогда Ты услышь8085 с неба8064 и произведи6213 суд8199 над рабами5650 Твоими, обвини7561 виновного,7563 возложив5414 поступок1870 его на голову7218 его, и оправдай6663 правого,6662 воздав5414 ему по правде6666 его.

32 Then hear thou in heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, condemning the wicked, and bring his transgressions upon his head, and vindicating the righteous to reward him according to his innocence.

33 Когда народ5971 Твой Израиль3478 будет5062 поражен5062 неприятелем341 за то, что согрешил2398 пред Тобою, и когда они обратятся7725 к Тебе, и исповедают3034 имя8034 Твое, и будут6419 просить6419 и умолять2603 Тебя в сем храме,1004

33 When thy people Israel are defeated in the battle before the enemy because they have sinned before thee, and shall turn again to thee and confess thy name and pray and make supplication to thee in this house;

34 тогда Ты услышь8085 с неба8064 и прости5545 грех2403 народа5971 Твоего Израиля,3478 и возврати7725 их в землю,127 которую Ты дал5414 отцам1 их.

34 Then hear thou in heaven and forgive the sin of thy servants and of thy people Israel, and bring them back to the land which thou gavest to their fathers.

35 Когда заключится6113 небо8064 и не будет дождя4306 за то, что они согрешат2398 пред Тобою, и когда помолятся6419 на месте4725 сем и исповедают3034 имя8034 Твое и обратятся7725 от греха2403 своего, ибо Ты смирил6031 их,

35 When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against thee; and they shall come and pray in this place and confess thy name and turn from their sins, when thou dost afflict them;

36 тогда услышь8085 с неба8064 и прости5545 грех2403 рабов5650 Твоих и народа5971 Твоего Израиля,3478 указав3384 им добрый2896 путь,1870 по которому идти,3212 и пошли5414 дождь4306 на землю776 Твою, которую Ты дал5414 народу5971 Твоему в наследие.5159

36 Then hear thou in heaven and forgive the sins of thy servants and of thy people Israel, when thou teach them the good way wherein they should walk, and give thy rain upon the land which thou hast given to thy people for an inheritance.

37 Будет ли на земле776 голод,7458 будет ли моровая1698 язва,1698 будет ли палящий7711 ветер,7711 ржавчина,3420 саранча,697 червь,2625 неприятель341 ли будет6887 теснить6887 его в земле776 его, будет ли какое бедствие,5061 какая болезнь,4245 —

37 And when there is famine in the land, if there is pestilence, blasting, mildew, locust, or when there are caterpillars; or when their enemy besieges them in one of their cities; whatsoever sickness, or whatsoever plague may be;

38 при всякой молитве,8605 при всяком прошении,8467 какое будет от какого-либо человека120 во всем народе5971 Твоем Израиле,3478 когда они почувствуют3045 бедствие5061 в сердце3824 своем и прострут6566 руки3709 свои к храму1004 сему,

38 Whatsoever prayer and whatsoever supplication be made by any man or by all thy people Israel, who shall know every man the trouble of his own heart, and shall spread forth his hands before thee in this house;

39 Ты услышь8085 с неба,8064 с места4349 обитания3427 Твоего, и помилуй;5545 соделай6213 и воздай5414 каждому376 по путям1870 его, как Ты усмотришь3045 сердце3824 его, ибо Ты один знаешь3045 сердце3824 всех сынов1121 человеческих:120

39 Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men);

40 чтобы они боялись3372 Тебя во все дни,3117 доколе живут2416 на земле,127 которую Ты дал5414 отцам1 нашим.

40 That they may reverence thee all the days that they live on the face of the land which thou gavest to their fathers.

41 Если и иноплеменник,5237 который не от Твоего народа5971 Израиля,3478 придет935 из земли776 далекой7350 ради имени8034 Твоего, —

41 Moreover concerning a stranger who is not of thy people Israel, but comes from a far country for thy name's sake

42 ибо и они услышат8085 о Твоем имени8034 великом1419 и о Твоей руке3027 сильной2389 и о Твоей мышце2220 простертой,5186 — и придет935 он и помолится6419 у храма1004 сего,

42 (When they shall hear of thy great name and of thy strong hand and of thy stretched out arm), when he shall come before thee and pray in this house;

43 услышь8085 с неба,8064 с места4349 обитания3427 Твоего, и сделай6213 все, о чем будет7121 взывать7121 к Тебе иноплеменник,5237 чтобы все народы5971 земли776 знали3045 имя8034 Твое, чтобы боялись3372 Тебя, как народ5971 Твой Израиль,3478 чтобы знали,3045 что именем8034 Твоим называется7121 храм1004 сей, который я построил.1129

43 Hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calls to thee for; that all the peoples of the earth may know thy name, to worship thee, as do thy people Israel; and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by thy name.

44 Когда выйдет3318 народ5971 Твой на войну4421 против врага341 своего путем,1870 которым Ты пошлешь7971 его, и будет6419 молиться6419 Господу,3068 обратившись1870 к городу,5892 который Ты избрал,977 и к храму,1004 который я построил1129 имени8034 Твоему,

44 When thy people go out to battle against their enemies, by whatever way thou shalt send them, and shall pray to the LORD toward the city which thou hast chosen and toward the house that I have built for thy name;

45 тогда услышь8085 с неба8064 молитву8605 их и прошение8467 их и сделай,6213 что потребно4941 для них.

45 Then hear thou in heaven their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause.

46 Когда они согрешат2398 пред Тобою, — ибо нет человека,120 который не грешил2398 бы, — и Ты прогневаешься599 на них и предашь5414 их врагам,341 и пленившие7617 их отведут7617 их в неприятельскую341 землю,776 далекую7350 или близкую;7138

46 When they sin against thee (for there is no man who does not sin), and thou be angry with them and deliver them to the enemy so that they carry them away captives to the land of their enemies, far or near;

47 и когда они в земле,776 в которой будут7617 находиться7617 в7617 плену,7617 войдут7725 в7725 себя7725 и обратятся77253820 и будут2603 молиться2603 Тебе в земле776 пленивших7617 их, говоря:559 «мы согрешили,2398 сделали5753 беззаконие,5753 мы виновны»;7561

47 Yet if they shall reckon it in their heart in the land to which they have been carried captives, and repent and make supplication to thee in the land of their captivity, saying, We have sinned and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness;

48 и когда обратятся7725 к Тебе всем сердцем3824 своим и всею душею5315 своею в земле776 врагов,341 которые пленили7617 их, и будут6419 молиться6419 Тебе, обратившись1870 к земле776 своей, которую Ты дал5414 отцам1 их, к городу,5892 который Ты избрал,977 и к храму,1004 который я построил1129 имени8034 Твоему,

48 And so return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies who carried them away captive, and pray to thee according to the religion of their own land, which thou gavest to their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen and the house which I have built for thy name;

49 тогда услышь8085 с неба,8064 с места4349 обитания3427 Твоего, молитву8605 и прошение8467 их и сделай,6213 что потребно4941 для них;

49 Then hear thou in heaven, thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplication, and maintain their cause,

50 и прости5545 народу5971 Твоему, в чем он согрешил2398 пред Тобою, и все проступки6588 его, которые он сделал6586 пред Тобою, и возбуди5414 сострадание7356 к ним в пленивших7617 их, чтобы они были7355 милостивы7355 к ним:

50 And forgive thy people who have sinned against thee and all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed against thee, and give them compassion in the presence of those who carried them captive, that they may have compassion on them;

51 ибо они Твой народ5971 и Твой удел,5159 который Ты вывел3318 из Египта,4714 из железной1270 печи.3564

51 For they are thy people and thine inheritance, whom thou didst bring forth out of Egypt, from the midst of the furnace of iron;

52 Да будут6605 очи5869 Твои отверсты6605 на молитву8467 раба5650 Твоего и на молитву8467 народа5971 Твоего Израиля,3478 чтобы слышать8085 их всегда, когда они будут7121 призывать7121 Тебя,

52 That thine eves may be open to the supplication of thy servants and to the supplication of thy people Israel, to hearken to them in all that they call for unto thee.

53 ибо Ты отделил914 их Себе в удел5159 из всех народов5971 земли,776 как Ты изрек1696 чрез3027 Моисея,4872 раба5650 Твоего, когда вывел3318 отцов1 наших из Египта,4714 Владыка136 Господи!3069

53 For thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine inheritance, as thou didst speak through Moses thy servant, when thou didst bring our fathers out of Egypt, O LORD God.

54 Когда Соломон8010 произнес3615 все сие моление64198605 и прошение8467 к Господу,3068 тогда встал6965 с колен37661290 от жертвенника4196 Господня,3068 руки3709 же его были распростерты6566 к небу.8064

54 And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished praying all this prayer and supplication unto the LORD God, he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling with his hands spread up to heaven.

55 И стоя5975 благословил1288 все собрание6951 Израильтян,3478 громким1419 голосом6963 говоря:559

55 And he stood and blessed all the congregation of Israel with a loud voice, saying,

56 благословен1288 Господь,3068 Который дал5414 покой4496 народу5971 Своему Израилю,3478 как говорил!1696 не осталось5307 неисполненным5307 ни одного259 слова1697 из всех благих2896 слов1697 Его, которые Он изрек1696 чрез3027 раба5650 Своего Моисея;4872

56 Blessed be the LORD God, who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised; there has not failed one word of all his good promises, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.

57 да будет с нами Господь3068 Бог430 наш, как был Он с отцами1 нашими, да не оставит5800 нас, да не покинет5203 нас,

57 The LORD our God be with us, as he was with our fathers; let him not leave us nor forsake us;

58 наклоняя5186 к Себе сердце3824 наше, чтобы мы ходили3212 по всем путям1870 Его и соблюдали8104 заповеди4687 Его и уставы2706 Его и законы4941 Его, которые Он заповедал6680 отцам1 нашим;

58 That he may incline our heart unto him, to walk in all his ways and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

59 и да будут слова1697 сии, которыми я молился2603 пред3942 Господом,3068 близки7138 к Господу3068 Богу430 нашему день3119 и ночь,3915 дабы Он делал,6213 что потребно4941 для раба5650 Своего, и что потребно4941 для народа5971 Своего Израиля,3478 изо дня3117 в день,3117

59 And let these my words wherewith I have made supplication before the LORD be near to the LORD our God day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant and the cause of his people Israel day by day;

60 чтобы все народы5971 познали,3045 что Господь3068 есть Бог430 и нет кроме Его;

60 That all the people of the earth may know that the LORD is God and that there is none else.

61 да будет сердце3824 ваше вполне8003 предано8003 Господу3068 Богу430 нашему, чтобы ходить3212 по уставам2706 Его и соблюдать8104 заповеди4687 Его, как ныне.

61 Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments, his covenant, his judgments, and his laws, as at this day.

62 И царь4428 и все Израильтяне3478 с ним принесли2076 жертву2077 Господу.3068

62 And the king and all Israel with him offered sacrifice before the LORD.

63 И принес2076 Соломон8010 в мирную8002 жертву,2077 которую принес2076 он Господу,3068 двадцать6242 две8147 тысячи505 крупного1241 скота1241 и сто3967 двадцать6242 тысяч505 мелкого6629 скота.6629 Так освятили2596 храм1004 Господу3068 царь4428 и все сыны1121 Израилевы.3478

63 And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings before the LORD, twenty-two thousand oxen and a hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the LORD.
